Default 1962 GP Frame Round Holes

My 62 GP has round holes in the bottom of the frame, did all 62 GP’s have these round holes from the factory? See picture

Got them on my Catalina, would guess they are for body mounting bolt access.

All 2 door P/8 frames are the same other than Bonneville. Not sure about 4 door or wagon.

If you did not have the holes, how would you get the socket up there to tighten the bolts.

That might be the AO Smith frame that came boxed and was heavy Duty, the other frame was the Parish frame..
