Default 66 2+2 Inner ender wells

Is it possible to remove front inner fender wells without removing the front fenders?

Yes.
But you probably have to release the lower fender bolt and pull the fender out about 3-4".
I had to do this to remove and replace the fan motor in my 1966 Grand Prix. The proceedure was detailed in the manual. Possibly the Air Conditioning workshop manual - that I can't remember - but it was quick and easy.

I imagine the drivers side would work the exact same way.

Thanks Heybuck. I'm wanting to do my engine compartment. I originally was going to take the whole front end off and powder coat the inner fenders and the core support also. But I am not sure if I can get it done and put back together before end of year.
