Default Full House

36 X 44 and the house is full. I'm better at buying than selling, but the herd is going to have to get thinned out so I can get some new blood in the mix. The red '72 Lemans Sport vert will probably be the sacrificial lamb.

I love the white interior on the 72, I have always loved white guts on most all cars, it makes them look fresh . I've had 4 cars with white interior, a 67 Barracuda, my 73 GTO , & my 61 Impala bubble top. The 61 was more of a cream but it was still nice.

Back in the early 90's I built a nice shop in the back yard of the house my first wife would later keep as her own. Good stuff went on in that shop.

Before there was a shop in my life I could however find GTO's like this all day long for $250 dollars say 1982, sweet days indeed!

Interesting that the mid-70's Chevy truck tow vehicle is already rusting badly around the rear wheel well (in '82!). My grandfather inherited his brother's '73 Chevy truck in '81 and it was already pretty far gone from rust (Pa truck) - to the point where sheet metal was pop-riveted on the quarters and rockers. These trucks were well known as unrepentent rust buckets in the Northeast.

I was always partial to the '67-72 Chevy trucks, but the next gen trucks (post 72) are hugely popular now. Some NOS pieces for those trucks are pure gold. However, from a body integrity point of view, they were absolute garbage.

Some standard GM rust parts are just pure stupidity on GM's part; very poor inner panel preparation, or in these cases lack of.

In my garage I am hanging some sheetmetal. Currently I have the original paint hood off a red 1970 that I had three decades ago. I am about to hang a fender from a GT-37 Junkyard car I have fooled with for thirty years pictured below. And last I am going to hang a 69 GTO lid with spoiler; that's right a fake wall hanger. HAHA Much of this is thanks to great friends Robert Perkins and Phillip Perkins.

Got the new "PONTIAC" and side marker ordered from Ames, bit no on the retainer or however the marker is hung on, anyone have and extra or can at least take a pic of it for me?

Fender is up, now to the deck lid.

Chris did Wankers replace this? I would imagine he did; do you still have the car, do you still want it? If so, I need mailing Addy

He did, there's a good one on the car, still have it, but not in the 12's yet.

I'll check my bins, probably have the side marker you need.

The upstairs paint scheme is starting to come together. The back wall with the stripe will be a nod to the Formula when done. Also picked up a really cool LED Fireplace for a great deal, so I threw it in the wall.

Default My garage

Older pics. It's a 24'x30' with a 16' door at one end and a 10' at the rear that I added. I also went out another 50' with back fill and a slab and managed to fill it up with cars and parts. ;-) I seriously need a hoarder intervention. When you have a little property people give you stuff, I mean who turns down free? LOL

Very nice. So nice that I won't even hold the rectangular headlights against you on your YJ

LOVE the diversity in there

The 88 YJ. Come on the easiest restore of any vehicle I have ever done.
The IROC is a 1987. With only 11,300 on the odometer. Unmolested Full history on vehicle.
the blue 09 Saturn Sky redline limited edition (which is
#43 of 89 made that yr)

The red car is wife's 2001 mustang convertible GT.
I have since added a few more mini bikes
