dont know exactly how that works, haha

a couple years ago they blocked youtube, and it only lasted a couple days. From what I heard some employees complained that the training videos they gave were on youtube, but we all know the real reason, UOT -unproductive office time

Man, that car sure looks a lot like the photo my son sent of his Captain's car. It's in San Diego though... I see it's also a '68...otherwise, near twins.

THAT's GREAT!!!

I'm appreciating these cars more & more every day. Most of us have forgotten what they looked like in the early 70's!

If you can get past the spelling, you may notice this may be the longest sentence you've ever read. My favorite part is the "motor transmission and rare".

Since when does a Tahitian Yellow T/A qualify as a Smokey and the Bandit Trans Am?

Hatch roof car wasn't the best choice to install a built 455.
If he could produce all the receipts for the engine and trans, I might give him a couple grand for the whole car.

It took me a while to realize he was trying to spell "rear" not rare. He must have flunked elementary school. He should have paid someone to write the ad. It sounds like he has a lot to say about the car, but obviously cannot get his point across in writing. Maybe he was drunk while posting.

He has $15,000 in the engine, trans, rear and dash. That must be one nice setup for that much money. He lost the title, so he wants the buyer to do the leg work to get a new one. But he is a notary, so he can help. How he got a notary title is beyond me, but he needs to send for the title himself if he wants $6800 for a car with dented, rusted fenders, and a rusty frame.

He'll lower the price to $1,000 if he gets to pull the engine, trans, and rear. As an afterthought he mentioned it had to be towed to his house, and the driveshaft was damaged. I have questions about that scenario. If he had $15k in a drivetrain, why did it need to be towed? If this happened before the $15k investment, why didn't the shaft get replaced?

I'm no expert, but wasn't the Bandit Trans Am a black 1978 Trans Am with T-tops? Is his yellow Trans Am a 1980? His car does have T-tops though. That's cool.
