Default Our 1985 TA ran 10.23@131mph with stock block and heads

Couple years ago at LVMS = 1,980ft. Probably 90* air temp and low humidity.

Engine was getting tired at that point, so probably really low 10s or high 9s when freshened (happening now)

2900 lbs empty, around 3075 with driver.

1968 428 block, stock crank, +.030 good pistons and rods
ported 1968 RAII heads
Torker with 850 Holley
big roller cam
Hoosier radial slicks
4500ish stall T400 4.10s

I'll have to see if I can find a timeslip.

My old 406 combo used a 557 block, diy ported '69 no 16 heads, 13-1 compression, 7" ali rods on a 350 ordinary iron crank, Crane 250 degree solid flat tappet cam, ported Torker 1 intake with a 2" spacer and a Holley 800 spreadbore double pumper, 2" headers, it made around 575 hp at 7000 rpm, ran 9.61@137mph. I used it for around 3 years, hundreds of runs ,sold it still running fine. ps ,the car was around 26-2700lbs
