Default GTO Seat Cover Suppliers

Which supplier has the best quality seat covers for a 1970 GTO? I was able to get NOS comfort weave material and I am looking at having Legendary or PUI use this material to make me a set of seat covers.

Thanks

I think you'll be happy with Legendary's quality. I used their covers on my 70 & they look great.

Let us know how they come out for you, I have some NOS black CW material that plan to have them make a set for my next project. How many yards do they need for a set of buckets/rear seat?

It takes 3 1/2 yards for a set of bucket seats and rear seat. I purchased 4 yards to make sure there was enough material. The material I bought was on a 60" role.

As for what comfort weave material is; starting in 1970 Pontiac and other manufactures used a woven vinyl material in the seat centers. The reproduction material has a pressed pattern that looks similar but is not woven and feels quite different.

Rob, go with Legendary. Superior in my opinion.

Just so you know and remember... stay away from Distinctive Design seat covers sold by OPG inc. They suck!
Legendary is the best out there.
