1969 Trans Am fender air extractors

I am going to buy the reproduction air extractors because I love the look but I also am interested in making them functional. The car is sorta custom so I'm not too bothered by cutting up what I need to cut up, I think it's worth it for the functionality.

Does anyone make a kit with the parts and templates to make reproduction functional 1969 Trans Am fender vents?
