Gutsram advice

Building a 500” Kauffman high port engine. Pretty big roller cam, 12:5 compression, 400 cfm heads. Most likely will run my old 850s or maybe new 1050s on the Gutsram.
Besides matching the ports any other advice on getting the most out of the manifold?
