Very nice ride! Tell us more about the ls1, and what program are you using to tune with efi live or hp tuners.

Thanks for the props! The engine is a 346 CI LS 11 to 1 pump gas engine with heads, cam, headers, 90 FAST with NW 90 throttle body, turbo 400 with stall, 4.11 spooled Billingsley Racing 9" rear end riding on 28's on the back and weighs 3,320 +/-lbs. Using HP Tuners!

If it would have stayed down it would have more than likely been in the 80's at Darlington, SC. but it did run 9.92 on a 125 HP dry nitrous shot at SGMP! The car weighs 3,320 lbs with me in it.

Hp tuners is great! Are you still running the maf sensor or have you gone to a speed density tune.

Well since I am running dry nitrous that is applied in front of the MAF sensor and the MAF then adds fuel to the engine so the tune and the A/F ratio is correct for nitrous it has to stay for a while longer.

Finally bought a new editing program and have been having some fun getting some video's pulled together from the Pontiac event at Beech Bend Raceway in Bowling Green, KY. during July 2011

I have an A3 transmission and during that run I shifted all I could in the air! I will never shift into 3rd gear again going down the track on two wheels!!! I got the T-shirt and video for proof that I lived through it. When I got back to my pit the wife did not even act like I had done anything scary.

I said to her you seem pretty calm and her reply was "you appeared to have it under control to me" I told her maybe I needed to go into acting for a career because in reality I was just trying to get out of that ride with no scratches!

Still hard to believe a 3,300 lb car could do that with only 400 NA HP and a 125 shot of nitrous!

Default First trip to the track in 2012
Well I am not happy with this 5177 dry nitrous kit at all! I think I am going to throw it in the trash !!

We went to the track Friday night and tested on a ramp controlled 125 HP shot leaving at 50% from the line. Came out with my new best 60 foot and almost tied within one hundredth of a second my best 1/8 mile run using a full 125 HP shot from the launch.

The big difference is until Friday night my best effort was in -600 DA and Friday night the DA was somewhere above +1,500!

Here is the breakdown of the slip – 60 foot 1.279, ET 6.276, MPH 111.175 not bad at all for outdated equipment on a little 346 CI LS!!
