I have a set in my cylinder head chart. But wanted to make sure that those numbers were really correct. So I check with Larry Meaux and got which more than just a yes.

Aluminum is “aged” through either thermal induction or chemical treatment to induce hardening. Any heat treating company familiar with aluminum has the required furnaces to accomplish the task. Let’s look at 356T3 for instance. 356 is the alloy number; T3 indicates the aluminum was artificially “aged” to the T3 standard. ALL aluminum is T1 before “aging”. The normal heating/cooling cycles are what age aluminum. A wise builder will anneal any aluminum component BEFORE welding or machining it to insure uniform “aging” and hardness.

OK, can we get a final answer on the heads?
Does anyone have a CNC program for them? Can they handle 2000+boosted HP? |

That being said, valve height and angle of the SC head by design has the potential to make more power if the port work is developed properly. I doubt a CNC program is available since at the time these heads were produced, CNC was just starting to become mainstream. With the cost of duplication today, it may be a good option if someone has a great head to copy as the cost to develop from scratch will not pay the return. Rick has been running the Wenzler 2 heads also. Hoping he get the new bullet out this year with the Warp 6’s. Should run pretty good with all of his car changes.

The OP might want to call Heads Up Cylinder Heads in Dayton OH. It's been many years ago but Dave Layer, (owner RIP), had a program for them because I remember seeing a head in the Haas Machining Center. Randy Brewer is the new owner of the business and may have the old programs. Worth a phone call: 937-431-5555.
