Default test drove some supercars

My son has done this like 3 times and he talked me into this time. Drove to the catskills in NY and we did the half day tour. Company called xtreme xperience puts it on,, got to drive 2 Ferrari 488 spiders,2 porsche GT3's and a lambo huracon. Theres a lead car and another at the end of the pack. Got to drive them decently hard. I think my favorite was the spiders. 670 hp twin turbo at 9000 rpms is something else and Ive never driven anything like that in the corners. Thinking about doing it again next year in colorado and do the full day tour. So much fun.

Had a ride in a 488 Pista.
May have seen God on that trip!

You can keep the new stuff. I would give my eye teeth for a single time behind the wheel of a 365GTB4 Daytona or a 275GTB4.

It was,,would definitely do it again. Never driven anything that handles like those cars. Taking some pretty sharp corners at 80 -90 mph like it was nothing. Sends your confidence level probably too high...lol. They don't ride with you so you're on your own on how hard you want to push it. Bought the in car video card from them afterwards. The 488s was my favorite, then the huracon and then the gt3s. Where else can you try multiple super cars and drive them like that. I think one of the guys said one of the gt3s was on its 3rd motor. The 488 has a top speed of over 200 mph.

I'm right behind you on that HH. That is one of my dream cars. The other is a Jaguar XKE... coup or a convertible.
Maybe IF I was lucky enough to hit a lottery.... all three. But you know the old saying. "Wish in one hand, schitt in the other, then see what you get first. LOL

If I remember right it was around 1500 for the 1/2 day but I'd have to look again. You have to show proof of insurance. You smash the car....its on you. At the beginning of the day I heard them talking about recording us and making another promotional video. Half way through they changed their minds,,I think we were driving too aggressive and that's not exactly what they're trying promote. There was different check points and that's where we'd all swap cars.
