Lightbulb CB-166

Looking for a CB-166 to put in my Bandit TransAM clone. Radio, microphone and roof antenia. Radio does not have to work. It’s just for appearances.

I've already shared this with MaryAnn, but this is a close replica of the original Antenna Specialists CB antenna on the Bandit car. The black plastic base must be painted light gray, but otherwise it is a match.

Another item that you might want is the small scanner that was mounted on top of the CB-166. The Pace 10-4U was the correct unit, but there were almost identical 10-4L and 10-4H. If you thought the CB was expensive, the scanner is absolute insanity..

I have no room to mount one in my 4 speed car. There is much more room in an automatic.

The CB I got fits right in the open compartment under the radio perfectly, and I’m happy with just that, really don’t want to drill any holes in my console for anything else but thanks,

It’s not installed yet, but you can gladly ask Ram4King Don, as he’s the one I bought 2 units off of. One fit right in, the other is to big. We only tried them for fit. Nothing is permanently installed yet. Lol

You better watch it Boss, never know who might pop up behind you at the Pypes show.

Ahhh, from the sounds of your "perfect fit" statement I had assumed installation.

Get hubby on it and go find a cowboy hat!

LOL we will once the weather breaks and we have more hours of daylight. I doubt it will be ready for the Pypes show though. But we'll see.
