But not as big of a regret as not buying a numbers matching 1970 Hemi Cuda for $4,500 in 1976.
Had white deluxe interior ,amfm, and power windows . Restored now

Original owners name is Les Fabian. From England talked to him many times, attended lots of cars shows and our own trans am show. Go to ...London trans am . It’s web site and the pic of the car is there in the members section. He did want to sell . Had offers all over the place. Car needs lots to make it nice. Had a quick paint job done and under the hood isn't detailed.. He drove it all over the place had fun with it. He is a character but knew it’s time to let it go. I have no idea if he actually sold it . As stated be careful with the add.

Aren't the 73's supposed to have fender braces? Missing the SD engine drivers valve cover with PVC valve connector. What else?

With regards to the price of the 73, in addition to all the items that would need to be corrected, I also think the market is a bit soft right now. There is another 73 SD auto (very nice car) listed on PY in the for sale section that started at $125K and is now $89. Also earlier this year there was the RM Sotheby's auction in FLL where a 74 auto went for $31.9K. It was a bit of a project, but so is the 73 in Toronto.

That's a smoking deal on a great 73 SD! Who's the lucky buyer?

If you want a “no story” car this probably isn’t it.
Please elaborate on the 71 vs 73 nose difference / how you can tell.

Look at the 'dealer ad' pic, that is a 73 grill, they don't extend out to the end of the nose peak.

Because of that, a 70-72 nose does not have the endura all the way in ward.
(the 73 grill in a 70-72 will show 'space' with a gap there)
