What is the thickness of the plate getting welded to the frame? What dia. tubing/wall thinkness you using. Is it moly tubing? This same thing is on my winter to do list.

Thanks!

okay jack, i had been planning to do this this winter but your thread excellerated my time frame. I had some fun with the plasma today and cut away. it is definately going to be alot easier to put some large pipes in there. 2 ?s: what size tubes are you going with now? and do you have any pics from birectly over the area the cross mmber was? i just wanted to check out wha he did on the back side. 2: is he making your headers? maybe he could bend up 2 sets at once and we could get a deal?

The plates are .125" Min. is .118". If I remember right I think it is a 1" tube to connect the frame.

I am headed over today to take a look and get some more pics and I will post them later today.

I am going with 2-1/8"-2-1/4" with a 4" collector, and Jon is making the headeers also.

Your junk runs good, must be the picture.
