1964 Convertible on eBay
No idea if it's an original triple black tripower/4-speed car but it sure looks like a lot of car for the money. Correct console, sport wheel, sweet (not mine !)

Why in the world are the rear quarter panel GTO scripts in the "Wrong" place?

probably looked at 65's GTO placement. 65's are about that location.

Per the build sheet pictured it's a true 76X car. But it needs a LOT of work. Rear quarter emblems reset (big project), engine pulled & painted the correct color and detailed, spatter paint in trunk removed and painted body color, undercarriage needs exhaust work, new gas tank, detailed, etc. Hose clamps and detailing under the hood, where do I stop?

Car has obviously been restored (rear quarters from a 65?) Too bad because everything you mention Jerry (or most everything anyway) would have been no extra cost to simply do it right the first time. Obviously no significant attention to detail during the restoration
