Dougs Headers
My friend just received a set of 2" coated headers for a 67 Firebird with Edlebrock heads. The fit was a little close to the power steering box but fit. Those were the smoothest headers that I have ever worked with to install. No problems and fit right in. Fit right up to the floorboard and has a quality finish.

I just had my 455 freshened with a set of e heads and bought dougs headers ,,all going in my 72 lemans.Just put the engine in today and they are the best fitting,,easiest install headers ive ever put in a pontiac,,which has been been a few different headers companys over the years, including hooker sc d-ports.I even got all the bolts in (lol) and didnt have to crawl under the car once to put them all in(thanks to the round port bolt hole placement).I would definetly buy dougs again.

I just installed a 455 in a customers 77 Trans Am and he had Doug's Headers D-port coated. They fit and have thick flanges. Easy to install.
I plan to buy Doug's Headers for my engine and recommend others do the same. thepontiacman@yahoo.com |

I just installed a set of Doug's in my Lemans and had to bash the holy CRAP out of the driver's side to make it fit. In addition to the bashing I had to notch my lower control arm to avoid interference. I'm starting to wonder if my frame is bent, because I've never had this much trouble with headers before.
