Here is the drivers fender i found.It is from a lemans so it needs to be modified to work on the GTO.It is in really nice shape and best part is it only cost me $60.

stripped of paint and filler,even the lower rear is good so I guess I didn't need the patch panel I bought.

From measuring both I found that the marker lights were 1/4inch further back on the GTO.So thats how I cut the pieces.

Looks great. Here is what it would have looked like if you hadn't taken the time to graft the GTO section into the LeMans fender.





I wish the original restorer of my old 71 clone had done that - I would still have it today! It was a beautiful car but my eye went to that mis-matched bumper/fender gap every time I looked at the car and I just never liked it.

Well i haven't posted on here in forever. The car is still not done but getting close. Unfortunately life got in the way and the project sat in limbo. My friends and i started a youtube channel and have been making videos with the car. Check it out if you like.
