Lots are missing from original Combination valves. Its a plunger cover used when bleeding brakes. It only keeps out dust. I will look for one. Many people go for a brass replacement
Combination Valve.

You must have decided to take yours apart? I was just recently facing the same dilemma with my ‘74. I ultimately decided not to take mine apart because I was concerned about that seal getting damaged for one and not having replacement parts available. The valve, as you already know, was made by Bendix. I called the company to find out if they had any parts or info on these combination valves that would help in reconditioning them. Bendix told me they had sold the hydraulic brake portion of the company years ago to Bosch. Next call was to Bosch who told me they had no records on that valve. Effectively, that leaves us at a dead end with them. Years ago, Bill Oxley used to rebuild these. Unfortunately, it appears he is no longer active on this forum and hasn’t been for about five years. I have no idea where he got his parts. Maybe someone on here still has his contact info.

BTW, since you have yours apart, can you post up pics so we can see how these things go together?

I'd try White Post Restorations in VA, they rebuild the rebuildable '67-69 disc brake metering valves which also have a rubber bladder type cover.
