Judge stripes
Would it hurt the value of my 70 gto to add judge stripes and th Trunk spoilers

I don't think it necessarily helps it, but it's all in the eyes of the beholder/purchaser. Maybe if it were a LeMans cloned to a GTO Judge.
It's your car, do what you want. That said...I wouldn't/didn't do it to mine.
