Default core support mounting..

Anyone have an idea when the flat 'Flag Nut" got introduced? I shopped this pic in the '74-'76 section and no replies.

The nut on far right is from at least a 75 , maybe 74 ? and up , has no index "ring" for frame .
I just would like to know when it licked into production
I bought the set on the far right for a '72 and they are obviously wrong. I had a spare set, so its not that I need them, but want to know correct application.
