paint over ppg dp90 ?
can this epoxy primer be painted over directly ? bare metal - epoxy - then paint . not talking about outer body panels but say the underside of deck lid ? as long as i do it within 8 hours of spraying it on i should not have to scuff ?

Yes, and the recoat window without scuffing is much longer than 8 hours (7 days or so).
