Default '71 - '72 Foam filter

Does anyone know what this is? It shows up on Ebay a lot:

If so, can you post a pic of it installed on the manifold?
Thank you.

This is a piece of foam used as a filter on a vacuum port. For example, the TCS solenoid on my car has an "in" port, and "out" port, and a vent port. This foam filter goes on the vent port to keep debris out of the solenoid. Sorry, I don't have a picture to show you.

Thanks Ransom and eaglesan13. That's very helpful. On a '72, do you know which port or ports would get the filter? Here's a pic of Keepats TCS.

Greg,
It goes on the port above the electrical connection, so that when the solenoid is activated(no vacuum advance), you are not sucking "dirty air" in to the solenoid and past it.

That's my understanding anyway.

Thank you SDD!

Now I'm tip-toeing here, but does anyone have the vacuum diagrams for 1972 so the rest of the ports on this part can be filled as well as the many other ports on the topside of the 455HO can be addressed too?
