Such as the early '71 Van Nuys TA near here that is a one owner, unrestored car with JW's on one side and KN's on the other, factory built that way.
Build sheet is coded for JW's. If the car was in restored condition, no one would believe that was correct or factory.

back in the 80's i bought several 71's that had a mix of codes like that.

My 72 T/A had KN's on the ground and a KR as they spare. I've since changed them all to KR's because the build sheet says KR's. I want to put a set of F60X15's on the KN's for show. Maybe that's how it came?

I’ve found Firestone wide oval’s F 60- 15 on original 72 TAs

Back in the day, I bought a 72 formula 455 off of the original owner. It had F60x15 Firestones on it also.
