Gotta find someone who needs them. They will probable work on a car built to mid April. However most April and late March cars had 3-9’s. That’s not a lot of cars. So you have a smaller market. The guys with Ra4,s won’t spend the crazy money for them. If you don’t need the money ask 3500 and see what happens. You may find the one guy that needs them.

04A with 1/27’s on it. Pretty damn nice survivor looking car. I’m guessing RAMC has a pretty good idea of what’s correct and original. https://www.ebay.com/itm/333686971772 |

But ... check out the Standard Exhaust Manifolds they re-installed on the engine. Axle should be 3.73 by the Invoice, it's listed in their description as a 3.55 weird shet on a low miler |

Had to go back and look lol. Axle is corrected at the bottom of the description. The manifolds though. No excuse for that. Better to install reproductions then standard logs |

years ago i quit the corvette club because all they were concerned with was dates and codes and all that anal bs. totally no fun at all. they didnt take well to me quitting and so to add fuel to their fire, ( i had several vettes from different years) i told them i was going to pull the fuelie engine out of my 63 swc that had 32k miles on it and put a pontiac engine in it. the fight escalated and i eventually took a picture of myself standing with one foot on a 63 and the other foot on a 73 and sent it to them. lmao they hated me.

Its well beyond OCD. Club owners used to get pissed as hell at a buddy who actually Drove his 8k mile '68 427 car that was his graduation present. Loved seeing them pissed .. hehe Value starts when you Turn that Ignition switch ON |

A car you can’t or won’t drive isn’t a car, it’s art. I don’t collect art. Harold how about some pics of your wheels.

Interesting deal on those manifolds. If you scroll down to the pics where he's pulling the engine out of the car, you see standard manifolds were on it then. Is there ANY remote possibility that this was a factory mis-build? If yes, that's require standard Formula 400 head pipes. Hmmmmm.
And where did that open face alternator go? |

Trim tag assembly date of 04A, but door certification label shows 3/70.

Yep, saw the before picture as engine was pulled -
- thats why included "re-installed" on the exh manifolds. I don't know if that work was performed at RAMC , or before they got it. But my guess is - probably done there. Even though it could have still been under previous ownership and done under contract along with other sprucing. Could be how they got the car - unpaid invoice. Wacky as hell no matter who or what on a low mile TA. Trim Tag was just a near miss at factory level . Have seen a few examples of door jamb and cowl tag being just a hair off like that before. End of Month / First of Month Some builds get a little earlier start than scheduled, some a little later. This one must have got an early spot. Probably as little as 1 or 2 days ahead of anticipated schedule. |

if you're going to be spending good money on a correct part, why not get them as correct as possible.

Craig, here you go... I restore the rims for Steve Schappaugh's shop Muscle Car Memories and for numerous other individuals over the years -- including Gregg who gave the review. Remember Adrian? I restored her rims. Note: Some customers want over spray on the backs, others do not.
FWW: If you can find date correct parts, why not? It adds value to your car. |

Stunning restoration Harold. Congratulations on being trusted with the restoration of these by Steve, that’s a big deal. I might have a few parts on his and many other’s cars as well. Lol I’m pretty sure you have a pretty good idea of the worth of the wheels.
