Default JW look-alikes?

I have the original JWs on my ‘70 with the Polyglas GT tires if I wanted to use that wheel/tire combo for shoes, but run a set of Rally II wheels with radials, is there any particular year/code to look for? Obviously another set of JWs would be ideal, but that could get expensive. There was a guy on eBay a while back that was welding the 14” face onto the 15” hub, but I haven’t seen them around for some time.

Oldsmobile used the same 15" outer rim with a 14" center in the mid-1970s. I think the JW knockoffs you're seeing are probably a set that someone has made from the Olds wheel and a 14" Pontiac center. I have a couple of the Olds rims myself that were on a 71 Grand Prix. I have no idea what the Olds wheels sell for, if I did I'd advertise mine for sale. And I have no idea what someone would charge to make a set of JW knockoffs.

Stockton wheel can make a set. You'll have to ruin a set of 14's though.

Has anybody had Stockton make anything recently?

I had them do a set of 15 x 8 Rally IIs for me 8-10 years ago. But when I contacted them a couple years ago for a different project, they weren't doing "custom" Rally IIs anymore.
