Default 2013 Pontiac Challenge Drag Race

2013 Pontiac Challenge drag race is August 17th in Pacific Junction IA at Mid America Motorplex/Rolling Thunder Drag Strip. Race is in the morning and there's a Summit ET Series race in the afternoon/evening so there's a chance for a "double header" if you're up for it.

Looks like a cool turnout.

Was that Cooper's car?
(what did he run if so?)

Who had the 70 Blue Judge?
(nice looking)

Was Welter there?
(didn't see any pic of it)

Your car and Jason's look great also.

Yes thats my Cruiser... Burgandy 66 Tri Power 4 speed W/ Gearvenders OD. My brother and Dad live about 50 miles away so it was a short cruise over. Had the Goat up for some cruise nights so brought it out. Left the race car in Texas this time. Figured there would be more of a car show , but it didn't materialize so we TNT all afternoon. not real quick w/out slicks but was running 84 mph or so with a spinnin 2.3 60'. But my brother had fun wearing out the old tires! Then went to the car show in Red Oak. Was a perfect day for it.
