This needs to be confirmed by John Piotrowski as I see no mention on Fullsize Pontiac site.

Confirmed and ready to roll. May 2nd.
The Cruisin" Tigers are planning a cruise right to the front door of Tri-Power. If you want to join us, let me know. Heres text from an email that I sent to the club. We have quite a group going. You dont need to have a GTO to join us. Any old car will do. Tri-Power Automotive has been serving the muscle car hobby for many years. While they do a ton of Pontiacs, they work on other makes too. Each year they hold a Spring Dust off at their shop in Libertyville. Sometimes referred to as the Chi-Town Shindig, this could be one of the biggest Pontiac events in the area serving food and drink all free of charge. Its sort of like a huge open house. This year the date is Saturday May 2nd. For 2015 The Cruisin' Tigers would like to make a bold statement with GTO's. So we have set up two meet up spots to caravan to the event. Depart at 8:45 from the south: Busse Woods at Higgins and Route 53 near Woodfield Mall. The first entrance to the forest preserve just east of the highway on the south side of the street. This is an easy off the highway and back on route. Depart at 9:30 from the north: Wendy's 2050 Shell Drive Libertyville, IL This is just down the street form Tri-Power and both the Higgins meet up and this meet up will cruise into the event growling like the Tigers we are at 9:30 together. Simply reply to this email and indicate which meeting spot you will be joining. Sincerely, Paul Weinstein paw333@msn.com 847 812 3782 |

Thanks for some pix Gary. I had intended to go, but got stuck doing a bunch of maintenance work on the mini van. I considered showing up all greasy.
