Default What color headliner?

I'll be getting my '67 GTO out of paint soon, and am going with a Parchment interior. Those of you with light interiors, do you have light or dark headliners?

I seem to recall diving a car with a light colored headliner and at night the headlights behind me lighting up the headliner were very distracting in the rearview mirror.

What are your experiences?

Parchment interior should have a white (or matching parchment) headliner. I've owned cars with white headliners and never had any problems at night.
