Unhappy warranty has expired

I got my 2006 GTO 12/14/06 with 64 miles on the odometer, the drive home from the dealer where I finally found my GTO was 88 miles away. I've had it two years as of today and have 37,797 miles, and now the warranty is up due to mileage.

I have never had a visit to the dealer.

I change the oil and such myself.

Best GM car I've ever owned.

I hope to find a low mileage one in about 6-8 years when mine approaches 200,000 miles, so I can start over with a fresh GTO.

I don't drive to work, so most of my miles are pleasure miles, I love driving this car.

I make up reasons to drive it, I take it to a gas station 15 miles away just to tear up country roads for an hour round trip. The station is $0.20-0.30 cheaper so it's worth it to me.lol

yesterday....210 miles to nowhere for no other reason than I had some free time and a tank of gas.

BTW I love blending in with normal cars...went past a state trooper at 63 in a 45 mph and he didn't even notice me.

I'm going to go out and sit in it for a while......BRB.

Warranty is up? YES!!! Time for some performance mods!!!

I'm thinking supercharger first.... while you're at it go ahead and slap on a set of those headers featured in the latest issue of HPP.

If we didn't have 2 kids to haul around I'd buy my wife one in a heartbeat. If I didn't have a boat to tow, I'd buy myself one. I can't believe how cheap they are right now.

She's going to have to settle for a Grand Prix, G8 or Cadillac CTS instead. Poor girl.

the back seats in the GTO fit a 6'1" 200 lb adult comfortably, kids...no problem.

finishing up on the suspension first, then Kooks Headers.

I have a turbo Buick so I'll probably keep the GTO NA.
