I'm going to be replacing the 29 year coil springs on my 75 Trans Am. It doesn't have AC. I think I'm going to stick with stock-type coils. The two listed for my car are the Moog 5384 (294 lbs spring rate) for non-AC and the Moog 5376 (319 lbs spring rate) for AC. I looked up the springs for a 78 to see if they might list ones for the WS6 suspension, thinking I might upgrade a bit. I found Moog 8002, which has a rating of 414 lbs. I'm assuming these are the WS6 springs. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the 8002s. I don't mind sacrificing a little ride comfort for a bit better handling, but I don't want to completely ruin the ride either. I'll also be replacing the front bushings at the same time. I appreciate any info or experience that anyone might have.
