Default 1970 Winshield base stopper

I have never seen one like this on any 1970 model Birds I have owned or parted out, thoughts? this a Glass company add on? it has a replacement Glass in it..Thoughts??

I've pulled apart my share of '70 Birds - never saw one of those.

Is the mounting hole in the same spot, or is the original underneath?

only one hole, I assume its original hole. Ill look again this weekend
