Default Firebird Instrument panel wiring

So, I'm trying to clean up the mess left behind the dashboard of my 69 Bird by the PO. There is this wire coming off one of the instrument panel bulb sockets. I'm guessing its a ground but I can't find it on the wiring diagram. Anybody tell me where it goes?

If it is the same as my 71 GTO the other end is the ash tray light.

Got it! Thanks.
Does it just stick into the top of the ashtray housing? That sure isn't going to give off much light.

Mine has been removed but lf I recall correctly there is a clip it attaches to. If you can't find where it attaches I'll look in my service manual to see if it shows attachment.
