Will these wheels fit my car? 15x8.5 w/3.75" backspace

Can anyone help determine if the minilite wheels I bought will fit my car? The car is apart so I can't really do any fitting.

The wheels measure 9.25" wide from the outside faces of the rim. I assume they are close to 8.5"s at the mounting surface.

The backspacing measures 3.75" and that makes the offset +.875".

The wheels are about .75" thick at the mounting surface and they lug holes are flat not conical. Will the factory studs work? What kind of lug nuts do I need?
