Looking for Original 70 rear bumper, dated before November. Core, replate, or?

I should have two cores one off my 70 GTO and one off my 70 LeMans. What am I looking for/how can I tell the date?

There are numbers and letters on the left side of where the licence plate bracket bolts ,chrome side.

Numbers on the one I have here in Reno are 8 D 22. Not sure what that translates to date wise?

The picture above is a May 70 the one you have is August 69, might work depending on condition.

You should be making sure they don't have the notches to rule out the '71-later cores.

First number will be a 8 , 9 or 10 no holes or notches for bumper guards.
