Default 66 Bumper Assy Help

Guys, I need help putting my bumper back together. It’s been a year since I dissassembled all the trim and bright to get her painted, and now am working on the front end.

I have the chassis manual but cannot figure out where the black bar in the picture gets attached. I didn’t take pics to reference and didn’t think I’d have a dilemma assembling the front bumper! Thanks for your feedback and input on this. As of now I’m stuck.

It goes inside the bumper first using rubber washers between them. Then your brackets. Ames sells the rubber washers.

I'll see if I can scan a breakdown of it and post it.

The breakdown is perfect! I was going to ask where the rubber washer sits and now I can see it - so thanks!
