Default 67 LeMans options.

Looked at a 67 LeMans today for the owner. I noticed that it had a couple of neat options that you don't see too often.
Opera style dome lamps and rear defogger.
Thought I would share pics.

Are these genuine Pontiac options, or JC Whitney options?

Factory options.
Have over half a dozen blower defoggers left that I've removed over the years from '66-77 Pontiacs. In my region, the plastic lenses typically crystallized on that style of roof lamps. Very hard to find down here with intact lenses, even 25 years ago.

The previous owner installed several non factory things on this car. Rear antenna, alarm, 8Track player, ignition box, radio,cb radio, brake lights in rear window, woodgrain, etc.
I will get more pics of a couple things on the engine.
Baltimore built car. Bought in OH. 11E date.

Had the roof/reading lights and rear defogger on my previous Lemans Sprint also. Also had a block heater, don't know if it was dealer installed tho. Originally purchased in Minot, ND. Good accessory, even in the midwest. Block heater and defogger came in handy.

Lenses are available for those reading lights which were used through 1968. I have a few sets and thought about installing in my 68 but now doubtful that I will.

Dad had a tri-power 66 GTO and one of the options that he would mention were those opera style dome lights. Just one of those options you don't see in a goat.

The car has around 86,000 miles on it.
I just started disassembling the 326 and it has the original timing set with quiet cam gear.

He had a vacuum gauge on the steering column.
Check out these pics of added items.
