Default Throttle Cable

Hello, After 55 years of service, the throttle cable on my 1965 GTO Tri-Power broke. I purchased and installed a reproduction cable, however they are about 3/4" longer and do not function properly. Would anyone happen to have an original cable in excellent condition they would be willing to sell? Can anyone possibly recommend a source to purchase one? As always, thank you so much for any and all help. Everyone please stay safe and healthy, John

I have a box full of throttle cables. Do you have a pic or illustration with dimensions, showing the one that you need? Thanks, Bob.

Default Throttle Cable

Hello Bob, Thank you for your response. I gave the original cable to a friend to see if he could match it. As soon as I can see him, I will get the cable and call you. Thanks again for your help, John

I have 1 lone cable but I have no idea what it's from . The guy I got it from had 2 64to65 Lemans and it may have came from 1 of them .He swapped engines to something diff. So if you can get a measurement /pic it'll help.
