Those units are for full-size B bodies, they are different left to right because of the shape of the cowl design of the B body

agree with North, have a B series pair as well that I pulled many years ago.

If anyone has pics of the stamped steel brackets on '69/70 A-body power flow motors, would love to view them.

Here are the dimple locations on a 69 A body, left then right. The spacing looks identical to your set.

Oh sure, anybody could install the correct year/model fans. My way takes imagination!
Much more fun making pieces fit. Oh well...

Arrrggghhhh!

I was carefully fitting my dash when the Power Flow Ventilation switch disintegrated. After only 50 years!
By any remote chance does anyone out there have an extra switch I can beg, buy or steal? It's a rare option in the first place. I'm going to try to fix it somehow... Nobody reproduces these, right?
Thanks,
Jim

Here are pics of the broken switch. The black plastic crumbled.

Just thinking out of the box but maybe you can use a rear defogger/antenna/rear window switch. Remove the back housing and reattach to the AIR labeled front .

That's what guys have been doing - using any of the rocker type switches from 69-72 vehicles and retrofitting pieces and parts.
Some of those are just momentary activated - so depends on the part(s) you need.

Some have just used an incorrect labeled switch as-is.
Someone , or two, removed the labeling with solvent or painted over it, aka generic.

Yours 'might' be repairable with what you have, with deep ingenuity

It would have to be one of the NON momentary switches, i.e., a rear defogger switch and NOT a power top or power antenna switch.
These switches are incredibly crude and the broken black plastic part just holds the contacts while the outer rocker "rocks" back and forth. I may be able to create a whole new base with epoxy but it will be tricky. This needs more thought...

I have done similar to fan switches on cars that the replacement fan switch is no longer available for. As you say, it just needs to hold the contacts in place. You can likely form a repair or swap in a new board from another switch.
