I can't imagine how much air pressure must be in the rear tires of the truck with the Corvair load.

(one of the savants on here suggested it would be nothing but trouble.....) After 6 shoulder surgeries that have left me with a metal and plastic shoulder joint, I'm considering something smaller. I also get complaints from regular passengers (one being my wife) that it's hard to get in. I have a friend with a 2020 Honda Ridgeline that he loves. I've spent a little time in it and it's waaaay more comfortable than the other small trucks I've been around. Looks? Kinda ugly. Function? Pretty good and probably about right for my needs and it's a Honda, so reliability should be strong . I retire at the end of this year, we'll see.

Well, a month later I bought a new white Ridgeline RTL. Currently it's at 3900 miles. It rides good, I don't have to climb up into it, it hauls my canoe and is nearly 3 feet shorter than my F150 was. The fuel mileage is a few better than the F150, but honestly, the Ford did well with a gallon of regular.

The looks might grow on me one day..........
