My Firebird has a problem with the lights. When I turn on my headlights the parking lights go out? When I turn on just my parking lights they work. Could this be a bad ground somewhere? Anybody ever ran into this before?

The '67 service manual states that's how they are supposed to work.

I believe if you switch to the newer headlight switch, you can have the park lights on with the headlights as you were expecting.
