Exclamation 67 H.O. Manifolds...will they work on a column shift car??

I have already purchased my exhaust system from Pypes. I went with the manifold x-pipe system w/street pro's and Ram Air/High Output downpipes. I wanted to go ahead with purchasing the Ram Air Manifolds, but my 67 GTO is a column shifted automatic and was worried if I would have clearance problems with the shifting rod. Are they going to work, and fit right without any problems on my application?? Right now the body is off the frame so it wouldn't matter right now, just want to make sure I won't have any surprises later on.

My original plan was to go with headers...but since the rod is in the way I had to scratch that idea out. I want to keep my car with the column shifter.
