Default Sprint build in Car Craft

The February 2020 issue of CC has a nice article titled “The Baby GTO” about a stock build on a 67 230 Sprint engine with a dyno test at the end. Historian Steve Magnante wrote the piece and he obviously has a good bit of knowledge as well as a soft spot for the cammer engine. Spoiler alert: The factory rating is not optimistic.

Thumbs down Save your money!

It's a reprint that ran in Hemmings in 2017.

Nice little write up. It's a shame that the Web Rodder article seemingly disappeared into thin air.

It's a Great Article, just can't see paying $5+ for something that has been written before.

Webrodder was very well done, but for them it was all about the $.
They didn't like anyone sharing it so they pulled the plug.
Copies are out there

I would love to see something similar/newer.

I agree, I have 12mo. subscription for $14. I didn’t know it was an old article, haven’t looked at a Hemmings in years. I didn’t know they were still publishing.
