I don’t run 1/4 mile track in 40 degree temps ........bad me! LOL
I’m done, the numbers speak for them selves. Obviously you don’t race and know nothing about numbers.

I race them, I build them, I tune them. I even degree the cams...and I also know 7.96 is quicker than 7.98 if you want to let the numbers "speak for them selves (themselves)".

I'd also bet you are the only member here that thinks 7.98 is quicker than 7.96.

Mike was going to High Ports for a reason. The most bang for you buck head is the High Ports. There have just been way more E head engines so there are many examples.
John got 462cfm out of High Ports his first crack at them. Standard valve location. Mikes were going to have it moved.
Justin could be doing the exact same thing with High Ports. Most likely a bit better. He is a Butler guy so there you go.

How many sets of hi-ports have you personally run?

How many sets of E-heads have you personally run?

So where are these 462cfm highports and at what lift did that occur? What was the flow at .400?

Look, E heads are great. But you might want to try and get you point past Marcella. When I sent Mike the check he wanted my High Ports but the chamber was too large for him.
I will beat people over the head with Mikes E head numbers. It is a great accomplishment. But there is simply more power potential in High Ports. Your love a fair with E heads is as bad as Georges hatred of them.
I asked Wilcox about this and he said High Ports simply have more room to do what you need. So both Marcella and Wilcox think more or less the same thing.
My High Ports go 359.5 cfm with "stock" port openings. Try that with a E head and you will not get even close. All they have is a little bowl work and blending. It was all done with the guides in place. Almost as good flow numbers as cookie cutter wide port E heads.

John posted the numbers himself. I have pictures of them and the intake. The heads have been sold to another guy for a upcoming build.

And Warp heads are cast now. Tommy's actual heads are cast. He does not have the billet versions, I asked Jeff when I bought some parts.

OMG GTOGeorge talking numbers.

Yes the numbers speak for themselves to anyone that actually understands them.

Listen Mikes car was fast for what it was.....please don’t compare my car to his!

GTO George

The hypocrisy here is laughable...But I agree, the two cars do not compare.
The amount of effort invested was night and day.

But your signature proves that Mike's ball busting really got to you. Talk about needing to "let it go"...

And for the record, Mike went 7.95 and the track was open that weekend to whoever wanted to "actually race".
