Default PRI TRADESHOW IS NEXT THURSDAY-SATURDAY

It's PRI show time again. (Performance Racing Industry) Billed as a "race only" tradeshow, there is allot of cool stuff to see and interesting people to talk to. Getting in the show is not as difficult as it might seem. You do need to prove you have some association with racing. A business card or business ID from some kind of related field or education will get you in the show. It is free. Held at the Indianapolis Convention Center. See this link for specifics of how to get in if interested. http://www.performanceracing.com/tradeshow/ We will be there all three days. If you have never been there, it is really something to see.

Who is going?

I'll be there with a nice quad slide 41' Renegade Classic on display! Perfect for hauling any and all Pontiac Race Cars!
This unit even has closet space for Pontiac Powered Nostalgia Funny Car Team coats!

I’ll be there Saturday, not working in the Quarter-Max booth, but I’ll be walking around chit chatting.

If that unit comes with a winning lottery ticket, I promise to take it home with me. I wouldn't know how to act with accommodations like that! Sleeping with the nitro on a pit mat is much closer to the truth.

Our clutch guy Dave has been restoring Joe Mondello's "VO Twister II" Olds 442 and will have it on display. Look for it in the lobby of Lucas Oil Stadium just before the crossover to the convention center.

We share a kinship of our love of orphan GM brands. 👍

While I will not be attending the PRI show, David Vizard will be giving a seminar.
.
Breakthrough Tech: Optimal Cam Selection in 95 Seconds #TE5

https://pri2019.mapyourshow.com/8_0/...scheduleid=104

Since I had a small hand in writing this software. If anyone attends this seminar, I would be very interested any feedback.

Thanks,
Stan

Check out the bumpers on the Twister. They look like real chrome but they're actually fiberglass replicas from VFN.

Dave has restored it true to the way Joe had it, with a few minor exceptions like a fresh RCI fuel cell. And it's not a museum piece....it will be making laps sometime in 2020.

Talking Going on Saturday

I will be heading down early Saturday morning with GMAN005 (John) for the day. Planning on stopping by all that are displaying and meeting some fellow PY'ers. See you there.
