Default Need washer & bolt info for inner fender to cowl

Hello,

Finally got the painted fenders on, assembly is going well but I'm not sure on the correct hardware for the inside bottom of the inner fender where it attaches to the firewall.

I have attached a pic of the location I am referring to. I checked the assembly manual and it seems to show a bolt and washer as separate pieces. I tried looking up the GM number for the washer in the AMK catalog but could not find it.

What I really need to know is the washer OD. I assume it must be larger than the holes in the inner fender to completely cover the holes, but the assembly manual pic is hard to read.

Also interested in knowing if the manual is wrong and/or if anyone has seen a bolt with captive washer installed by the factory.

Thanks
