I was gonna say mine was built the same week but doesn’t have the 611 for ram air inlet, That explains it. Funny how dealerships did things differnt, wonder if the salesman even knew or just checked it to make sure it was included because some of the 400 cars ordered didn’t come in as RAIII but HO instead.

The Ram IV 69 TA at MCACN was exactly 3000 cars from mine. I looked at the vin and at first thought we had the same vin as the last 3 numbers were the same.

I've only seen one 69 RA IV Firebird up close, some sort of brown in Fort Wayne IN about 1977. RA IV 1970 T/A's yep and 455 HO's & 455 SD's. Only the one 69, wasn't a T/A

There aren't many around. It has been a long time bucket list car for me. I am very blessed to have the opportunity to be the caretaker of such a rare car.

There was a unrestored one a Norwalk last year sitting on the show field side but sitting by the motorhomes along the fence. It was a very complete original car.

Wow, that's pretty cool. I've often thought about that car over the years. I spent 1 year in Ft Wayne as a college freshman.

Looked at this one in Knoxville about 10/12 years ago. I believe it was bought by Tom S. here in the Atlanta area. Sorry for the awful photos.

Wish I could remember. I did not take a photo of the PHS and I do not have a closeup photo of the trim tag.
