Technically 62 only. Can be used on a 64 2+2 with the vacuum gauge option by changing the silver paint areas to the dark grayish blue color used in 1964.

The 63 automatic console is completely different it comes up and meets the bottom ot the dash. The vacuum gauge was optional on the 63/64 gp's. Interesting enough the 63/64 gp consoles are the same other than the color. I'm not sure why they chose to use the 62 style console on the 64 2+2
