Typical NASCAR, what is ok one week isn't cool the next week. Guys have been wrecking each other since day one. In the replay you can clearly see the wing on brad's car change angle then it flips. How about NASCAR fine themselves for putting a dangerous wing on the car? Oh wait they know everything so it's ok.
They said it was in the driver's hands within limits, and from what I understand it was referring to bump drafting.

Carl without a doubt wrecked him, and regardless of what he said about him not wanting to flip him, he has no idea what is going to happen.

You do the crime, you do the time.

+1

Roof and Cowl flaps deployed..... car still took off....

NASCAR created that issue.....

I hope Carl gets a minor fine.... some points taken away. HE wont miss a race...

Bristol sales will go up just because of this, and NASCAR knows this.

Then Brad shoulda been locked up and the key thrown away weeks ago, he wouldn't have been out there in the first place lol..

You and I and everyone else know that Carl's intentions were to spin Brad into the infield. Caution comes out, Brad pits and gets the grass out of his grille and he finishes poorly like Carl was put in the position after Brad tapped him in the beginning of the race. I guess if Carl had a Nascar approved crystal ball on his dash he wouldn't have tapped Brad at the end of the race.

Paybacks are a part of racing especially oval track racing and it's been going on since the first guy nudged another competitor. NASCAR isn't going to stop it no matter what they do, I've done it myself as well as been on the receiving end of it. There is a solution though, leave the car on the trailer and you'll never get it bent.

It was a great day of racing.

The wife and I went as guests of Toyota corporate. Got the full meal deal.Sliding into the pit area as well. Here are a few pics of Brads car and others before the carnage.

Those sprint fan scanners are the ****zle.

Ya, Carl should have been more patient and waited for Bristol or another small track.

Maybe sHrUb (kyle busch) and Krashlowski can take each other out at Bristol. I don't think Carl will be racing next week.

No official statement from NASCAR yet (per your link), but I guarantee you that Carl won't be racing in a Cup race this weekend.

I bet Carl will be racing the next weekend at Bristol, as there has been past precedents set and many times I thought someone would be sitting the next week out and they weren't. Example: when Kurt Busch almost ran one of Stewarts crew over in the pits trying to hit Tonys car and although there were many including myself who thought he was gonna be sitting, he just got a tongue lashing and I can't remember if he was even fined money or points. I think Carl will be there and racing at Bristol. NASCAR wants people to find out if this is the end of the feud or it's going to continue. Remember their conducting a show as well as a sporting event and attendance and TV ratings are down.
