Default 67 master cylinder for 60 Ventura

Giving some thought to swapping in a dual (manual brake) 67 master cylinder for my 60 Ventura. Anything I need to consider besides the actuator rod length?

I would check the bolt pattern for mounting.
Also, if switching between manual and power you might need to look at the pedal ratio and fulcrum location.

I just did this for my 62, but I did a full on swap to an 8" dual diaphragm and the dual master (my booster had a leak and original style ones are unobtanium). Probbaly more intense of a change than yours .

So my experience might not fit yours, but I bought a rod kit that came with multiple ends, and the little bullet adapter to adapt a deep bored MC to shallow if needed. I did not end up using it all, but I didn't want to have to wait for parts once I got into the project. I actually ended up slightly modifying one of the ends with my cutoff wheel and it worked perfect. In your case you may be able to use your factory rod just fine.

If you want I did a video, there is a link in my sig to my channel, the chapters are labeled so you would really only need to look at the chapter where I show the parts I bought.
