Default Firebird Ram Air Air Cleaner

Selling for a family friend who thinks it’s worth a bunch of money. He’s in his 80’s. Haven’t seen many to compare to but told him I’d post it here. It’s in good vintage condition. No evidence of the large 455HO sticker on it although I didn’t look that closely. Looks to be a 1972-75- please feel free to correct me here as I’m always a student.

$1000 and the ride.

It's not a 70 version correct?

that is a 73/74;
the 70 single heat riser had studs;
the 71/72 were only 455HO - so they all had provisions to use both heat risers.

This would work perfectly on a 1970;
the valve cover breather tube (and CA carb's fuel bow vent stack) would clock it, and the quadrajet wingnut will hold it tight.
(PY sells a plug if the 70 carb is not a CA unit)

More than likely it was off a 74, I’ve come to find out. I’ve had a few serious inquiries on the air cleaner and will notify if it sells. Will be out of town until Wednesday.

I appreciate everyone’s expertise and feedback on it.
